Hey lovely earthlings,
As some of you might know, I don’t share my favorite products quite frequently. I like to take my time getting to know products and testing them thoroughly before I write a post like this. Today is the day that I show you some of my recent favorite makeup and other things.
Kevyn Aucoin Glass Glow Face in Crystal Clear
This is a beautiful liquid illuminator that I use under and on top of foundation. This looks like glass on the face. It’s so pretty and I have been using it every day. I recently reviewed this (review here).
Jouer Essential High Coverage Concealer in Linen
I wasn’t a fan of this at first because of the colour. This is the second lightest shade and was orange on me during winter. It’s finally a match now because I’m a bit more tan. This is a beautiful concealer with a lot of coverage but is still hydrating underneath the eyes. Love this and will repurchase!
Natasha Denona Bloom Palette
So, I have raved about this palette. I swear this is the last time I will mention it.. Nope, it’s not. This palette is just so beautiful. It’s extremely pigmented so I have to be a bit careful. However, I love it to bits. I have almost hit pan on the top left shade (cream). That should tell you something! (Review here)
Fenty Beauty Inda Sun Bronzer
This is a beautiful bronzer. It’s so light that I never have to worry about over-applying it. The slight undertone is perfect for my complexion and I love the silky feeling of the bronzer. Blends out like a dream. (Review here)
Colourpop Flexitarian SS Highlighter
This is such a beautiful highlighter. I have yet to review it, together with three other highlighters from Colourpop, but I already adore this so much. It can be applied intensely for a metallic effect or softly for a glossy effect. I can’t wait to show this to you!
Nudestix Bondi Bae
I love this cream bronzer. I switch between the Fenty and this one every other day. I love this for the days where I am extra dry. It blends out beautifully and you don’t need a lot to achieve a beautiful bronzed look. (Review here)
Essence Melted Chrome Eyeshadow in Ironic
This is so beautiful. I reviewed this little guy a while ago (review here) and have used it a lot since. I think this is so pretty, pigmented and easy to work with.
Art Deco Eyeshadow Base
I love this. I bought this a while ago when Beauty Bay had a sale and I snatched this up for only โฌ5! It had a lot of amazing reviews and I was really curious. I actually enjoy this so much. This is perfect if you want the effect of a sticky base without the colour or dryness of a concealer.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Gel in Taupe (mini)
I wasn’t sure if I loved this when I used it for the first time but it so happens that I do. You have to scrape off any excess product and make sure you have the right shade. This is such an easy way to fill in your brows and set them at the same time. I have been using this all the time!
BH Cosmetics x Daisy Marquez Palette
I love the colour scheme of this palette. It’s so beautiful. The mattes are pigmented and the shimmers are brilliant. The eyeshadows can be a bit dusty or crumbly but it doesn’t affect the pigmentation of them. I have been creating so many looks with this, amazing. (Review here).
Nabla Cosmetics Secret Palette
You already know I love this palette. I have been using it a ton and I love the different colours and textures. I even adore the brown shades of this palette. What a surprise! (Review here)
Essence Lip Ritual Nourishing Lip Balm
This is a really nice lip balm. It nourishes my lips and doesn’t dry them out like some lip balms do. And it’s really cheap!
Colourpop So Juicy Lipgloss in Princess Cut
This is a really nice lipgloss. It is very thick and heavy but a small layer does the trick. I love this clear lipgloss when I want to add some sheen to the lips without adding some additional colour.
Catrice Long Lasting Lip Liner in Hey Macademia Ahey!
I love this lip liner. It’s creamy and smooth when applied. I mainly use this to overline my lips the slightest bit. I gently graze it on the top of my cupids bow and the bottom lip. Luv this!
Nudestix Gel Lip + Cheek Balm in J Mama
This is a beautiful product. It’s not glossy but not matte either. It’s a satin finish I would say. Very comfortable on the lips. I really love this combined with Catrice lip liner.
Dolce & Gabbana The Only One
I bought this because of Kathleen Lights when she did her perfume collection video. This is such a beautiful perfume. I normally despise perfumes but this is the first that I truly like. It’s spicy and warm with a hint of sweetness. Adore this!
Fresh Skincare
I am head over heels in love with these three products from Fresh. I’m in the midst of testing and reviewing them, so I can’t tell you too much. But love.
Karolina Zebrowska
I love history and especially the 17-18-19th century fascinates me. This girl is first of all the meme mom and also very knowledged about fashion. It’s so interesting to know about that time and the misconceptions that we have about it. Even about the fashion of 1910- and so on.
Whitney Hedrick
If you want to cut down on your makeup purchases and actually survive a no-buy month or year or if you just want to become more aware of the hyper-consumerism. This is your gal to watch. I have already realised so many things that I don’t have to buy anymore and how to fight against the urge of constant releases because of Whitney. Highly recommend.
#Projectpan
I have been obsessed with the hashtag Project Pan on Instagram. It’s so fascinating to see people panning and emptying products. Very satisfying haha.
So that’s it for my recent favourites regarding makeup and other things. I hope you enjoyed them and let me know if you want to see more lifestyle next time.
What are your recent favourites?
Lots of love and see you next time!
