Today I want to review some products from the fresh skincare line. Fresh is a new brand to me and I was really excited to try them after reading amazing reviews. I’ve been trying these products for the past 2-3 months and I have gathered my thoughts. Here’s to fresh skin. Let’s start the review!
Rose Deep Hydration Toner 250 ml ($45 – €47 – £34)
This best-selling, alcohol-free formula has an unmatched amount of rose power: toning rose fruit extract, soothing rosewater, nourishing rose oil, and real floating rose petals. It hydrates and clears skin of leftover impurities, leaving it silky soft and prepped for the products you apply after.
This definitely gets rid of residual impurities that a double cleanse couldn’t take off. I can see some those impurities on my cotton pad after applying. Once the toner has had time to settle and penetrate the skin, I can feel that it does soften the skin and gives it a smooth appearance. I also feel less dry and tight. This is such a lovely and beautiful product. I’m not sure if I will repurchase again but it is really hydrating and gentle!
Black Tea Kombucha Antioxidant Essence 50ml ($32 – €35 – £28)
The powerhouse essence also increases luminosity, fades fine lines, improves elasticity, smoothes skin texture, boosts its healthy tone, and hydrates for 24 hours with hyaluronic acid. The star is kombucha, fermented sweet black tea proven to fight wrinkle-causing pollution and free radicals.
Look, I don’t have many fine lines as I am only twenty years old. However, my face does have some fine lines from facial expressions and movement of the skin. The same lines that you might have on your hands. No powder has ever helped to settle this matter and I don’t think that’s actually possible and I don’t mind. If you have lines, product is going to crease. I purchased this on a whim because I know a lot of people like to use an essence in their skincare routine and I was curious as to the reason why. I really like this essence. It’s hydrating enough to plump the fine lines and make them less pronounced. It also makes the face feel less dry and tight. I really enjoy using this product and I’m almost out of it. I think I will repurchase it. That’s how lovely I think it is!
Rose Deep Hydration Cream 30ml ($15 – €16 – £13)
“This lightweight moisturizer acts like a moisture magnet, attracting and increasing it for 24-hour deep hydration. Hydropatches form a moisturizing veil to seal it in all day. The gel cream also contains rosewater, rose flower oil, angelica leaf extract, and vitamin E to quench and soothe dry skin.”
This cream is truly divine, especially during the colder months of autumn and winter. It’s quite a thick moisturizer but doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. It is a bit too thick for hot summer days, so I prefer to use it during the colder months. It smells really lovely. A very faint rose scent which smells natural and not artificial. I think I will buy the full size once I have finished the mini and other moisturizers.
That’s it for my review of the fresh skincare line. At least from the three products I have. Every single one has been a pleasant experience. They’re very gentle and hydrate the skin perfectly. I really enjoyed using these and I’m slowly but surely emptying them and I can see myself repurchasing or trying different products from the fresh skincare line! Fresh is available on fresh.com, Cult Beauty or Sephora.fr
Lots of love and see you next time!
